    Dashboards & shared visibility

Can everyone on the floor work from the same production picture?

Put the reports your team needs into an ordered, rotating display, so production reviews start from a consistent set of information and a known reporting context.

A practical path from evidence to action

    1. Choose useful reportsKnown parameters and reporting dates
    2. Arrange the displayOrder and dwell time
    3. Show to the right audienceAuthorized viewing session
    4. Review the contextData window and next question
Illustrative workflow — not a product screenshot or a generated result.

    Share the same focus

Organize the reports the team uses to make decisions.

    Use the display deliberately

Choose the order and time spent on each item.

Make freshness part of the review

Keep the underlying report context in view.

A visible number is only useful when people know what it represents.

Teams can lose time comparing reports with different dates or assumptions. IntelliTrack™ dashboards organize report views into a shared sequence, giving a meeting or display a consistent starting point without implying that every item is a live equipment measurement.

    How it works in IntelliTrack™

Curate the reports before putting them on the wall.

    1. Select the report content

Choose the saved report links and applicable pages that answer the audience's questions.

    2. Set the viewing sequence

Arrange items and their dwell times, then use the dashboard's rotating and full-screen display workflow.

    3. Verify access and freshness

Test the actual viewing session and inspect the report scope and dates. Update or rerun underlying reports as the workflow requires.

    Illustrative manufacturing scenario

A daily production meeting needs counts, losses and quality context.

The supervisor assembles the relevant reports into one viewing sequence. The team knows which shift each report covers and can pause the discussion to investigate a result rather than comparing unrelated snapshots.

    Viewer access

    Keep the comparison meaningful.

    • A dashboard is an organized report display, not a general widget designer or a guarantee of continuously refreshed equipment data.
    • The viewing session needs appropriate access. Test permissions on the intended device and avoid sharing broad administrator access for convenience.
    • Saved reports and external pages have their own behavior. External sites may prevent embedding, and rotating a saved report does not make its snapshot current.

    Practical questions

What to know before you start.

Does a dashboard create live data automatically?

No. It displays configured content. The underlying report or page determines its data window and refresh behavior; review the report date and processing before relying on the display.

Can we control how long each report stays on screen?

Yes. Dashboard items have configurable dwell times, with the documented range from 10 to 1,000 seconds. Set a readable pace for the audience and complexity of each report.

Can we include an external web page?

Applicable external pages can be used, but the destination's framing and access policies may prevent display. Test the actual page in the target environment.

    Will viewers bypass report permissions?

No. Access still depends on the viewing session and the underlying content. Validate the intended audience and device setup before using the dashboard as a shared display.

What should we do when a displayed report is old?

Review the report's saved date and parameters, rerun or update it through the appropriate reporting workflow, and confirm the displayed item references the intended result. Rotation alone does not refresh a saved snapshot.

Bring the reports your daily meeting depends on.

We can arrange a useful viewing sequence and review access, report dates and display behavior for the audience you have in mind.
